So beautiful and nourishing! Thank you, Starhawk for bathing us in your light and sacred dark! After listening I feel renewed connection with my ancestors, the earth and my own strength to get into good trouble with others.

Thank you for this speech about body pleasure. I admit, I grew up in a Modern Jewish Orthodox Family. I left it when I was 13, but worked a lot at meaningless work. I was diagnosed in 2024 with a rare neurological disorder called CADASIL. I've been involved in Modern Paganism for about 20 years and just re-evaluated my values since I am supposedly going to suffer from Dementia for the remainder of my life. Don't feel sorry for me, just re-assessing my life. Blessed Be.

Sometimes our bodies seem to let us down, but there still are moments of beauty to enjoy. I applaud your courage!

Thank you. I have read several of your books. Truth or Dare was a favorite. Glad to have found you, here!

Don't give up. Change your diet . No starchy foods or sugar. Don't be afraid to eat the meat you need . I do not believe for one moment that you have to suffer from dementia for the rest of your life. I was told I would have to suffer from two serious auto- immune disorders for whole life, namely psoriatic arthritis and Huntington's disease. I follow a dietary regimen that is not difficult but involves giving up wheat, sugars , starchy vegetables and some fruits and veggies. It's not hard . I am now 73 years old and while the damage to my knee joints from psoriatic arthritis and the premature surgical interventions I suffered mean that I am in a wheelchair, I am pain free, rash free, and symptom free because I followed an anti-inflamatory diet. The one published by cardiac surgeon Dr. Grundy works well for me and my two friends with MS , one of whom can now walk again. Don't give up Aron! I am now 73 yo and have 20/20 vision , good hearing and no dementia or siezure either. I drink no alcohol and eat no wheat. If you change your diet at all, and that is key I would start with eliminating those.

I have dabbled with Qigong recently as a direct body practice through Anthony Karolias and have butchered it per his encouragement. Any such suggestions are welcome.
